I don’t know how God intends for you to defeat the devil this year. It may be a new business, a new Ministry, or just a volunteer position you are to fill. I don’t know what specifically is within you, but I do know it is great. I also do not know what opportunity God has given you, but I do know that it will be perfect for you. Maybe it’s an idea you have had for years but never pursued; or a dream you have held but have been afraid to voice; or even a drive that wells up in you from time to time but you never put it into motion. My friend, go ahead and use what God has given you, the devil cannot stand up against you. Whatever it is now is the time to bring forth the treasure that God has sown in you and today is your day.
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6) The true meaning of Christmas is that God loved us so much that while we were living in sin He sacrificed His only Son to redeem us from our sins, and that through Him we would experience Life instead of Death and Life Everlasting. He is no Longer a Baby lying in a manger but He now sits at the right hand of God the Father making intercession on our behalf. As you celebrate this Christmas holiday, just don’t celebrate the King of all Kings and Lord of all Lords from your pocket only; instead, I implore you to celebrate Him from your heart sharing His Love with someone else other than your own families and friends. Have a very Merry and Blessed Christmas.
If your friends won't let you praise God openly, don't change your praise, change your friends! Whether you shout, Whisper, fall on your face or run like the wind, God is worthy to be praised! Your praise is related to your former pain; the greater the pain the greater the praise! Until you've been bound, you'll never know how good it feels to be free and until you've walked in somebody else's shoes, you won't understand why they're dancing in them. Jesus said, "When you've received much, you'll love much". So my Friend, Praise God today for all He has done for you; He commands it! He delights in it! He actually dwells in it!
I am GOD'S Idea and it is impossible for GOD to have anything but a Good Idea! I Look at yourself in GOD'S Mirror today and see all of who HE made me to be from inside out.
